CattleAxe is an exciting new venture by two friends from the South Coast of England, Charlie Keet & Simon Thompson.
Charlie has been in the eventing scene for nearly 6 years with his sister company Notso Sushi, previous to this he spent many years training as a chef at reputable establishments. To get a key understanding of what was needed for Notso Sushi he also spent some time in Hong Kong & Japan learning the traditional way to prepare and serve many Asian specialties, such as Sushi, Yakitori & Robata Grill .
He has become a core trader at events such as Download Festival, Glastonbury, Bestival & Boardmasters as well as venues such as Royal Ascot, Goodwood & Silverstone.
Simon has been part of the events circuit for 5 years managing Yachtie's, a large successful mobile bar company that attends some of the UK's most prestigious events such as Royal Ascot, Cheltenham Gold Cup & Aintree Grand National.
Together Charlie & Simon embrace all aspects of event protocol and are excited with their new venture CattleAxe, they look forward to serving you at events in the near future.
